Or, try the Authentic Hainan Chicken Rice, consisting of fragrant rice and aromatic chicken served with a savoury chicken broth.

This terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for NOW! JAKARTA BEST RESTAURANT, BAR & CAFE AWARDS (BRBCA) competition. Please read it carefully.

Terms and conditions as Restaurant Participant :

• To complete the registration process with the following procedures :

  • Register your restaurant by choosing your preferred package and upload 4 hi-resolution photos/images of your restaurant’s interior and signature dishes (landscape format – max. 1MB / image) along with your hi-resolution logo in the NOW! Jakarta BRBCA official site.

  • Create a short description of the type/style of your restaurant including any unique features or outstanding attributes. This description will be displayed on the restaurant’s dedicated landing page and will also be used for campaign exposure on any of NOW! Jakarta BRBCA’s promotion platforms. The Description should not exceed 500 characters.

• To settle the registration fee within 7 working days from the entry date. Proof of payment is required and should be emailed to accounting@phoenix.co.id and info.brbca@phoenix.co.id along with the name of the restaurant and the chosen package.

• By submitting all images and information for the competition, the participant will be regarded as having granted the organiser, in this case NOW! Jakarta, the right to use the image in print, broadcast and/or electronic media without any payment, for the purposes of promoting the competition or in areas related to the organiser’s work.

• The winners of NOW! Jakarta BRBCA 2018 will have to be committed to provide one priviliged “reserved table” for AMERICAN EXPRESS Card Holder (1 year period after BRBCA awarding night).

• Should there be any changes to information submitted by the participating restaurant, this should be communicated through email to info.brbca@phoenix.co.id in order to update the restaurant profile. In the event changes to information such as names of contact persons, or changes to categories not be communicated with the NOW! JAKARTA BRBCA team, we will not be held responsible for any incorrect profile information published.

• Authorised restaurant representatives who submit the entries will be treated as our main point of contact unless we are notified otherwise.

• NOW! Jakarta reserves the right, upon receiving entries, to change participants’ selected categories in the event that a more suitable category exists for the dining establishment.

• Any fraud, plagiarism or cheating will not be acceptable during the voting period. NOW! JAKARTA BRBCA retains the right to disqualify any restaurant that engages in such practices. The registration fee will not be refunded in the event of disqualification.

Terms and conditions as Voter Participant :

• Before voting, each voter must register him/her self in the NOW! JAKARTA BRBCA site.

• Each voter will only able to vote one time per restaurant, However each voter can vote in more than one restaurant in all categories.

• Voters can only vote once per email registration.

• Once the vote is submitted, voters cannot return to the previous page or amend their vote.

• By registering as a voter you will be automatically be registered to receive the BRBCA e-newsletter

CANCELLATION POLICY

• By submitting the administration form, the restaurant agrees to officially participate in the NOW! JAKARTA BRBCA 2018.

• No cancellations will be accepted once entries have been successfully submitted.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
